"POP TOP" Turret  (read below)

Five Star was awarded the contract to install this multi-colored Vermont slate roof.  The owner wanted a unique and unusual design for the slate roofed turret.  He wanted to be able to look up at the sky from inside with changes in light and atmosphere reflected in the room as day wore on to night.  After asking Five Star's thoughts and recommendations to accomplish this, we proceeded with a fully moveable top of the turret.  Special installation and details were used to make sure all separation lines would disappear when closed.  Five Star is a company capable of making all desired unique designs attainable.
